For ministries, universities, schools, foundations and training teams.

Four areas, one first step.
Goals
- Does your program say clearly what learners must be able to do at the end?
- Is the content adapted to the learners' context and culture?
Write one sentence per module: "At the end, the learner can..." Everything else follows from that.
Design
- How visual is the content?
- Do teachers or facilitators have guides to deliver the program?
Turn the three hardest ideas of your program into visuals first. That is where learners get lost.
Engagement
- How much of the time do learners practice instead of listening?
- How many learners finish the program?
Replace one lecture with an activity where learners use the idea right away.
Measurement
- How do you check that people really understood?
- Do you use AI to support learning?
Check understanding during the program, not only at the end, so you can fix problems in time.
Your result, then a free 20-minute diagnosis.
At the end you see your score, your level and the area to work on first. If you want help with the next step, send your result to Nelson Inno on WhatsApp with one tap. The message is written for you, with your total score and the score for each area, and you can book a free 20-minute diagnosis call. Calls are in Spanish, English or German. Prefer LinkedIn?
