## Biography
Nelson Inno is a Salvadoran entrepreneur, the founder and CEO of WeSpark, and the author of Unstable Innovation. He is a leading reference on innovation, technology, AI, and Bitcoin in El Salvador and Central America. He builds AI-powered education systems for large enterprises, governments, and universities, and turns innovation and AI strategy into working implementation and training. He co-designed Bitcoin Diploma 2.0 with El Salvador's National Bitcoin Office, a curriculum the country's Ministry of Education plans to bring to up to 500,000 students over the coming years.

A complete redesign of El Salvador's flagship Bitcoin and modern finance curriculum, built with the National Bitcoin Office (ONBTC) under the direction of Stacy Herbert. Officially announced by Nelson at Bitcoin Histórico in November 2025. Being rolled out by the Ministry of Education with a national reach goal of up to 500,000 students.

Ad-honorem Technology and Innovation Advisor to the ADDN (Agency for National Development and Design), El Salvador's strategic planning body.
